Couron received his certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Massage Therapist from The Academy of Health Professions in 1999 and continued his education at The Upledger Institute for Cranio Sacral Therapy over the course of 10 years. In addition, Couron is a personal trainer and yoga instructor. “My passion is to help people move through life with greater ease and to support them in their process. I am committed to facilitating their discovery of breath, movement and intention. Each of us can use our body to uncover our truth and from that comes healing, abundance and ultimately freedom.”
