Get a full custom workout in 1 hour or less! Our trainers are experts in efficiency, allowing you to get the same results as a 2 hour workout. In under an hour. Your time is valuable, and our commitment is that every workout with your trainer is well worth the time you spend on it.

PREVENTION

Work with your trainer to customize a perfect workout program designed to get you out of pain. Your trainer will work with you and your unique circumstances to ensure you not only address injuries and limitations at hand, but also prevent future ones.

SMALL GROUP AND BUDDY TRAINING

The best way to stay accountable is to train with a buddy! Whether you have a friend and want to start training together, or you are open to joining one of our small-group training programs, the benefits of group training are community and lower cost per person compared to one-on-one training.

PILATES REFORMER

We offer both private training and open access to our BalancedBody Pilates Reformer. Whether you simply want to incorporate it into your gym routine, or you are looking for private training, we are here for you!

AERIAL SILKS

Within our Functional Training Arena, we provide aerial silks. Learn to fly in a safe, non-intimidating atmosphere at a beginner level! We offer private lessons, buddy lessons, and small group workshops right here at the club.
