PLACE MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD

Please read all terms and fill out the quick form below to submit your membership hold.

If you have any specific billing concerns please put them in the comments section of the freeze form, or email membership@plsportsclub.com and we will get back to you within 72 hours.

During your freeze period your dues will be reduced to $10 per month. Membership holds can be up to a year from your hold START date. Membership will automatically re-activate on your selected hold END date without notice and membership payments will resume.

In the event that you’d like to come back earlier than your anticipated END date, please unfreeze your membership using the “unfreeze” form under member services, or you can always just come on in to the club and we will reactivate you early!
