Functional Fitness

Challenge yourself by shaking up your routine

with one of our group fitness classes.

Our group fitness classes are located in our 8,000 square foot Functional Training Arena, equipped with an array of strength training tools including TRX, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Plyo Boxes, Bulgarian Bags, Squat Racks, Resistance Bands, and even Pull Up Bars. We’ve mixed in Ski Ergometers, Airdyne Bikes, and Self-Propelled Treadmills to help keep you in the zone during your workout. Whether you are brand new to working out, an accomplished athlete, or somewhere in between, there’s a perfect group class for everyone. 

Our Coaches are all nationally certified trainers with their own creative approaches to group fitness.  They will guide you through carefully planned workouts from start to finish, so you can achieve maximum results without having to think.  Feel the benefits of a team setting without any intimidation; our coaches are here for you and will happily provide modifications or amplifications for exercises whenever needed. Try something new; it may just become a part of your regular strength routine!



Get everything you need in a quick 30-minute core building session. This class will strengthen and tone all muscle groups associated with your core, with primary focus on abdominal muscles. This will help build a foundation for strength training! Learn what it takes to build all around core strength and how to engage these muscles while you workout. Most of class is done on a mat with minimal equipment, making it accessible for all levels!


Circuit classes offer high energy and fast-paced rotations which involve working your way around different exercise stations, performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time, and working to the best of your ability and pace.  Class utilizes some of our unique functional training equipment, and no class is ever exactly the same. These circuits are designed to target all the major muscle groups of the body while improving cardio endurance and mobility. This class is suitable for all levels, but will always provide a challenging and fun workout.


HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.  This high intensity interval training workout is everything you need for cardio and conditioning.  Tone all the major muscle groups while elevating the heart rate, building aerobic fitness, speed, and agility.


Incorporate strength and conditioning on a variety of functional training equipment. Class will include plyometrics, calisthenics, functional training, and core based movements. This class is advanced. Be prepared for some running! If you are new to this class, please let the instructor know before class so they can provide you with modifications when needed.

foam roll & stretch

Having trouble incorporating stretching into your gym routine? You can count on this class to take care of your stretching and mobility needs! Enjoy the comfort of more flexibility with intentional full body static and dynamic stretching and foam rolling. Benefits include: Eased muscle pain and soreness, reduced muscle inflammation, increased range of motion, increased blood flow to muscles, and full-body relaxation. No stretching experience necessary!

We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes early for class. All the equipment you need is provided, just bring water!
