An unparalleled indoor cycling class experience.

Bike to the beat of our hand-picked tracks in a sequence tailored to take you on a journey that’s as challenging as it is thrilling. Our tiered indoor cycling studio holds 30 TECHNOGYM indoor bicycles, each equipped with personal data monitors so participants can track their progress. After class, all your personal workout data can be saved and stored through the “My Wellness App”; track your progress and achieve your personal best every single ride. Our studio also has a TV display of cycle statistics, keeping the class interactive and results-driven. Our state-of-the-art audio, video, and LED lighting technology create an experience like no other; some call it a party-on-a-bike, others call it the world’s best cardio workout.

Custom Resistance

Intuitive graphics and tactile clicks every 45 degrees on the knob make precise adjustments between the 20 resistance levels incredibly easy. The selected resistance level is displayed on the Console.

Classes

PERFORMANCE CYCLE

Performance Cycle is designed to feel like an outdoor ride with ‘hills’ and ‘sprints’.  Focus and attention is placed on Cadence, Watts, Resistance Level, and riding posture to maximize results and efficiency.  This class is great for all levels and a great way to do cardio in a safe, non-impactful way.

RHYTHM CYCLE

Rhythm Cycle is a fun and exhilarating indoor cycling experience. This class incorporates full-body movement and rhythmic choreography that will, at times, feel like dancing. Plan to challenge your strength, coordination, focus, and endurance.  This class is dynamic, we recommend trying Performance Cycle first if you are new to cycling.

Cycle + Abs:

This class is 30 minutes of Rhythm Cycle followed by 30 minutes of Abs for the ultimate cardio and core workout! This class incorporates full-body movement and rhythmic choreography that will, at times, feel like dancing. Plan to challenge your strength, coordination, and endurance. Abs is 30 minutes of floor based bodyweight core exercises. These exercises help improve posture and strengthen the core.

CYCLE + ARMS

Combine Rhythm Cycle with an upper body workout for arms on the bike with 2-3lb weights for the ultimate cardio and strength workout! Rhythm is a fun and exhilarating indoor cycling experience.  This class will incorporate full-body movement and rhythmic choreography that will, at times, feel like dancing.  Plan to challenge your strength, coordination, focus, and endurance.

We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes early for class. Lockers are available as you check in at the front desk to place all belongings & all you need for class is water. You have the option to bring cycling shoes with SPD clips, or any sturdy regular running shoe.

If you are new, please let the instructor know before class so they ensure you are properly set up on your bike.
