Join us for a true yoga experience in our Mind Body Yoga Studio.

Along with the calming inspirational decor, our studio is equipped with a surround sound stereo system, skylights, PaviGym joint-supportive padded flooring, Crystal Sound Healing Bowls, Essential Oils, and towels. We provide props for all yoga classes including top-of-the-line Jade Yoga Mats, Bolster cushions, cork and foam blocks, straps, and blankets for all yoga classes. Our classes are all taught by full-time professional yoga instructors with backgrounds in multiple yoga modalities. Classes

Yin Yoga

Level: Gentle

Yin Yoga + craniosacral

Level: Gentle

Designed to be accessible to all, the entire class unfolds from a comfortably reclined or seated position, making it an ideal choice for those with injuries or physical limitations. This class offers hands-on craniosacral therapy by a licensed CST Therapist; a light-touch approach to calming the central nervous system. Craniosacral Therapy has numerous benefits including the reduction of pain, stress, tension, and strain.

Bodyweight Strength

Level: Semi-Dynamic

Immerse yourself in the transformative fusion of strength and fluidity with our Bodyweight Strength class. This unique experience seamlessly blends the core-centric focus of Pilates with the mobility emphasis of Yoga, creating a harmonious synergy that enhances full-body strength and ease of movement. Conducted entirely on a yoga mat, this class introduces accessible exercises meticulously designed to harness muscular effort originating from the core. Through the art of bodyweight strength building, you’ll cultivate a heightened awareness of your body, facilitating efficient and graceful everyday movements.

Iyengar Yoga

Level: Semi Dynamic

Ashtanga Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

Level: Most Dynamic

Embark on a journey of fluidity and mindfulness with our Vinyasa Yoga class, where the very essence of Vinyasa, meaning “flow,” comes to life. Immerse yourself in a seamless progression through sun salutations, balancing poses, backbends, hip-openers, and inversions—an exploration of continuous movement and breath. Experience the transformative power of this moving meditation flow, where the harmonious blend of postures promises to leave you feeling refreshed and open.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for class. Lockers are available as you check in at the front desk for any valuables, with cubbies to place shoes and all other belongings right outside the studio door. Mats and other accessories are provided by the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own.
