Join us for a true yoga experience in our Mind Body Yoga Studio.

Along with the calming inspirational decor, our studio is equipped with a surround sound stereo system, skylights, PaviGym joint-supportive padded flooring, Crystal Sound Healing Bowls, Essential Oils, and towels. We provide props for all yoga classes including top-of-the-line Jade Yoga Mats, Bolster cushions, cork and foam blocks, straps, and blankets for all yoga classes. Our classes are all taught by full-time professional yoga instructors with backgrounds in multiple yoga modalities. Whether you are looking to stretch more, breathe deeper, or find more body awareness, we have a class for you! Read about our Classes below.


Yin Yoga

Level: Gentle

This class is essential for everyone.  It will complement any strength training routine with gentle stretching and recovery exercises.  The entirety of class is done from a reclined or seated position, making it great for anyone with injuries or limitations.  Through consistent practice, this class will transform your flexibility, mobility, and mind-body connection.  Plan to relax and restore.

Bodyweight Strength

Level: Semi-Dynamic

Combine the core focus of a Pilates class with the mobility focus of a Yoga class to create a synergy of full body strength and ease of movement. All exercises will be done on a yoga mat; the accessible exercises will work to develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. This form of strength building helps cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements. This class is great for any and all levels!

Iyengar Yoga

Level: Semi Dynamic

Iyengar yoga focuses on performing each posture with attention to alignment and breath control. Instead of moving quickly through a series of poses or vinyasa, this class involves holding poses for longer to allow you to feel the full benefits of each posture. This class is for all levels.  If you are new to yoga, please let the instructor know before class so they can provide you with modifications when needed.

Ashtanga Yoga

Level: Dynamic

Ashtanga is a dynamic and athletic form of yoga with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.

Vinyasa Yoga

Level: Most Dynamic

Vinyasa means flow. Learn to continuously flow through sun salutations, balancing poses, backbends, hip-openers, and inversions. plan to feel refreshed and open after this moving meditation flow.  This class is for all levels.  If you are new to yoga, please let the instructor know before class so they can provide you with modifications when needed.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for class. Lockers are available as you check in at the front desk for any valuables, with cubbies to place shoes and all other belongings right outside the studio door. Mats and other accessories are provided by the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own.
