with one of our group fitness classes.

Our group fitness classes are located in our 8,000 square foot Functional Training Arena, equipped with an array of strength training tools including TRX, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Plyo Boxes, Bulgarian Bags, Squat Racks, Resistance Bands, and even Pull Up Bars. We’ve mixed in Ski Ergometers, Airdyne Bikes, and Self-Propelled Treadmills to help keep you in the zone during your workout. Whether you are brand new to working out, an accomplished athlete, or somewhere in between, there’s a perfect group class for everyone. 

Our Coaches are all nationally certified trainers with their own creative approaches to group fitness.  They will guide you through carefully planned workouts from start to finish, so you can achieve maximum results without having to think.  Feel the benefits of a team setting without any intimidation; our coaches are here for you and will happily provide modifications or amplifications for exercises whenever needed. Try something new; it may just become a part of your regular strength routine!

We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes early for class. All the equipment you need is provided, just bring water!
