RELAX IN OUR FAR INFRARED SAUNA
All of our members receive unlimited access to our Far Infrared Sauna. Our sauna is spacious enough to hold up to 6 people and there is one conveniently located in each locker room. Sauna use and bath towels are included with every membership and no appointment is needed.

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses infrared heaters to emit infrared light, which is absorbed by the skin to produce heat. This heat then helps to raise your core body temperature and promote sweating, which can have a range of health benefits.
Infrared saunas work differently than traditional saunas, which typically heat the air around you to raise your body temperature. Instead, infrared saunas use radiant heat to directly warm your body without heating the surrounding air. This makes them more comfortable to use for longer periods of time and can also make them more effective at promoting sweating and detoxification.

INFRARED SAUNA SUGGESTED PROTOCOL
Follow this quick guide for the optimal infrared sauna experience
PRE SAUNA SESSION
- Hydrate with at least 8oz of water to prepare your body for an increase in core temperature
- Begin your session when the sauna reaches 100F (DO NOT leave sauna preheating for more than 5 minutes)
- To get your body accustomed to infrared therapy, we recommend starting with 10-15 minute sessions at 100F
- Gradually increase towards 20-30 minute sessions
- Don’t be surprised if you don’t sweat during the first few sessions. Sweating will increase with regular use, removing toxins and leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
- Drink at least 24oz of water or electrolyte to rehydrate.
