Our facility is a 23,000sq ft health mecca, including a full weight room, stadium style cardio venue, huge functional training arena, beautiful yoga studio, black-lit indoor cycling studio, tranquil stretching sanctuary, as well as a peaceful lobby zone with wifi, and locker rooms with a range of amenities including Far Infrared Saunas and full towel service.

Main Weightroom
10,000sqft of cardio, free-weights, plate-loaded machines, cable machines, and pin weight machines. Don’t know how to use it all? We have QR codes on every single piece of equipment that you can scan for a tutorial video!
Functional Training Area
10,000sqft of functional training, squat racks, half basketball court, aerial silks, a ton of the most unique and effective functional training equipment in the industry, and 1000sqft of group class space for our array of functional fitness classes, all taught by our certified personal trainers.
Indoor Cycling Studio
1000 sqft Indoor Cycling Studio equipped with blacklights, LEDs, a premium sound system, the best bikes in the industry, and motivating instructors to keep you coming back. Classes are included in membership, and members can use the studio when there is not a class going on as well.
Stretching Sanctuary
1000sqft stretching sanctuary, dedicated completely to restorative equipment. We have machines that hold your stretches for you and allow you to easily measure your mobility on both sides, vibrating massage-guns and foam rollers, mats, stability balls, a stretching table, and a PowerPlate vibration platform. The entire floor is padded to ensure joints are protected during floor stretching even without a mat.
Main Entrance
Our entrance is on the corner of Roosevelt and Cushing Rd. We have a giant parking lot where members and guests can enjoy easy front-row parking, We also have a space to tie up your dog (as long as they promise not to bark).
Mindbody yoga studio
Our MindBody studio is equipped with premium yoga mats, blocks, blankets, bolster cushions, and stretching straps. We also have an array of sound healing instruments that our instructors weave into classes. The entire floor is padded to allow extra support for your joints. All classes are included in membership, and members can also use the space when there is not a class going on.
Lobby
Our lobby is a relaxing environment to rest after your workout. We have chilled eucalyptus towels, comfy chairs, and speedy wifi. What more could you need?!
Locker Rooms
Our locker rooms are stocked with an array of complimentary day-use lockers (with built-in locks) as well as private locker rental options. We have a huge infrared sauna, towel service, showers (with shampoo and body wash) and changing rooms.

Our Wellness Center offers several services including massage, chiropractic, hypnotherapy, The Recovery Zone, Iv Therapy, and more! PLSC members always receive a generous discount on all services, and free credits to our Recovery Zone and Chill Zone!
